Retail Innovation AB was founded in 2007 and is a development company specializing in secure solutions for cash transaction management in the retail- and banking sector.




Our main product is CleanCash ®, a family of fiscal control units that is used as part of a certified cash register system as defined in the Swedish “Kassalagen” (2007:592). Read more about certified cash register here. 

Production agreement was signed during spring 2008 with PartnerTech AB, a well established development- and manufacturing public company noted on the Swedish Stock Exchange with production plants in Sweden, Poland and China.

Sales of the  CleanCash ® in Sweden is organized through General Agents of Cash Registers and Wholesellers of related hardware.

CleanCash ® is the brand name of Retail Innovations different models for fiscal control units.

In Sweden three types of of CleanCash ® are certified and available:

·        Type A and B where each cash register / checkout terminal has its own controller and 

·        CleanCash® Multiuser/ type C where the control unit  can handle multiple cash registers and / or companies.

Very reliable – with exchange warranty
The market's leading manufacturers have chosen CleanCash ®Type A after extensive tests. Today there are over 90,000 CleanCash® installed at endusers, confirming reliability and performance. For Type A and some Type C models, Retail Innovation offers the market a three year exchange warranty when error occurs.

Control code on the receipt – confirmation of security
A cash register connected to any type of  Clean Cash ® control units prints a control code on the receipt. The control code is a verification to the enduser and the customer that the cash register is performing accurate in accordance with Government regulation.


Functional Description
The cash register sends information regarding each receipt to the Clean Cash ® which encrypts and stores the information in an internal database. A control code is automatically generated and is sent back to the cash register. The control code is printed on the receipt, stored on the cash register journal and in the control unit.
